Here is probably best known for curing occasional constipation. Take some warm water and lemon juice and honey. Lemon is a stimulant for your digestive system and helps to eliminate toxins. Mix a spoon of Triphala powder in warm water and drink at once. Eat or drink nothing after and leave the magic of Triphala overnight. The mixture has a very bitter taste and if you have a problem swallowing it, you can add a spoon of honey.
It is important to lubricate the traces and so the doctors recommend that you should add more olive oil or butter to your diet oil. Castor oil works well. It is a great laxative because it increases bowel movements and helps clean them.
Take a spoon full of oil or a measuring cup to be sure to use. Take it on an empty stomach and wait about 8 hours or more to see its magic.
Get Your Fiber Solution
On average, a woman needs about 25 grams of fiber per day and men requires of 30 to 35 grams per day. To get your digestive system back on track, you need to make sure you eat the right amount. Oat is rich in fiber and so are Lentils, Linseed and chia seeds.
Prunes are rich in fiber and are natural laxatives. You can also drink plum juice. Raisins are another way to get your current system. You can have them dipped in hot water, crushed and then eat.
